Copyright Infringement

Veltena respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws worldwide.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing: your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts based on a single incident of infringement.
